Good idea, terrible execution

The idea of a public health app is great, esp in a pandemic but the execution is terrible.
The ui is horrible and many of the buttons & functions don’t work.
If they want to keep the app they should just restart from scratch.
If they want the benefits of instant notifications they should just make a Twitter account.
