How the heck?
Not easy to use
Glitch where stops are doubled and one doesn’t show any bus times, please fix
Otherwise, is a good app. Shows where bus stops are too. Just pls fix glitch

Not even an official OC transpo, so much easier just using the travel planner on the website instead.
Directions
The app is really good and I get to see the bus stops around me. The problem comes when walk there. The app doesn’t give specific directions like maps would.
Wrong info when buses are to arrive
Bus system terrible buses don’t show have to wait sometimes up to hour and half hate hate the buses in Ottawa. Takes hour and half to go 7 km bus bus or bus train bus ridiculous

Why is this such a bad app?! Buses should be icons that show which direction that they are moving.
In map view it doesn’t say when the bus will arrive. It says “1 min” on every bus and sometimes counts down a little. No idea what that is.
On previous screen it says times of arrival but I don’t know if scheduled or current estimate. Map view appears to say the schedule time.
Disagrees with Google but twice today Google was wrong.

Good app to use if taking the OC Transport bus
Know when the buses are coming don’t be guessing get this app to know when any buses comes and how long until a bus comes
No bus
I am at Tunney’s at 1745. 1 was here at 16:15 and the scroll said 18 minutes. That came and went and then it was 44 minutes and then 59 minutes. I now don’t when or if my will come. People don’t take transit because you can’t keep a schedule and there is no one answer questions. 2/10

I think I rather use it for timelines than pestering 560-1000 since it is 1 minute off anyway

Not user friendly extremely confusing doesn’t make sense, worst travel app I’ve ever seen. Transit is way better.

I removed it shortly after downloading it on my ipad as it only seemed to have stop times.

Just use Google and show up at least 7 mins before that scheduled time. This app sucks.
Doesn’t cover all of Ottawa?
I got this to get live updates for the bus from Westboro to downtown, but the no.11 data stops at Rochester? Why?? There’s no configuration or help either. Frustrating. I’m a technology consultant, so if it’s something simple, it’s not obvious to me how to resolve.
