My family and I were able to save a significant amount of money on our Verizon bill. We were amazed! Otto is fun to use and the sign-up process is easy. Support is very responsive to any questions or concerns!

It claimed it was able to lower my internet bill while getting me a faster speed for a year. Waiting on confirmation email to confirm it was successful. Seems like a great app so far!
Edit: this app is AMAZING! I was able to also use it to lower my car insurance premium, and it helped me resolve a $386 bill from Verizon I’d been fighting for months with no success with a COMPLETE reversal. It escalated to a manager for me, and was able to keep working even after being disconnected multiple times.
Cannot sing the praises of this app enough, I will very likely get a subscription now, just to support such an amazing app.

The assistant reviewed my current bill, let me know beforehand of discounts that I had falling off, and negotiated with the agent to get me 10 times higher Internet speeds for $10 less per month! I tend to have a very busy schedule on a daily basis and phone calls just take up too much time, especially when dealing with customer service or long holding times.
However since having Otto, the AI does it ALL for me. Takes my phone calls, handles my bills, saves me money. I definitely recommend it to anyone whose always on the go🏃💨

It helped me reduce my xfinity bill by $80 per month. Additionally, i was paying extra for Peacock channel which was supposed to be free with our xfinity. It caught that and helped me reduce that cost. I highly recommend this.
