Rarely works

Shades work one day then not the next. Move the hub within 2 ft of a shade, still won’t connect. The system has a mind of its own.
We have 2 hubs and 30 shades. Frustrating to see all the shades up in a room but one - and the next day a different shade will be unresponsive.
Tech support told us to adjust the antennas... not helpful.
