Not registering my points
I love Otto’s Pizza! Delicious, fresh salads and the pizza is amazing.
There seems to be a bug with the app and registering the rewards. My husband and I ate at Otto’s last night and our server said my phone number was registered but I didn’t receive the points for the $81 we spent. Is there anyway to adjust my points. I didn’t keep my receipt since he said it registered! Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
