Remote deposit not functional
Ever since the last update depositing checks remotely has become impossible. What used to be a simple snap of a photo now requires the user’s checks to match certain features which can vary depending on the checks. Please revert this change!
Crashing
Ever since the new update with “bug fixes” it crashes every time I try to launch the app.
Never Worked
I tried for weeks to transfer to this app and was never able to set up an account. Do t try calling because you won’t get an answer, email was the only way I got customer service. They tried to change my email so I could get the registration code but never got it to take. I finally sent an email indicating I was tired of trying and that was where it stopped. No follow up to an obviously frustrated customer. Online banking is what attracts and keeps customers nowadays, I for one will not be using OUFCU for any future needs.

TERRIBLE APP
This new app is garbage. Was supposed to be “more user friendly” and yet all I have run into is issue after issue with delayed depositing, not connecting bank accounts, and very little help from OU loan officers. Not thrilled and will not be recommending OU Fed for loans to anyone ever again.
YALL DO NOT ANSWER THE GOTTDANG PHONE LINE
Please set up a number to your actual front desk clerks because people who use this bank are unable to reach anyone when they call in.
They put built-in floats into the new one
This app is easier and someways but one thing I definitely understood after opening it is that there’s many more ways that the bank is putting a float into my account (delaying depositing and other types of interference) in the name of more security. I don’t see any more security at all; in fact it was easier to get onto this version of the app than it was on the previous version. That’s just my two cents—I’ll change my review if I decide that it’s any different after trying it out for a while.
