Thank you for the opportunity to have my much-needed mental health appointment to treat my PTSD virtually. These times are extremely stressful and having a counselor is invaluable. Because I am elderly I do not go into public buildings in order to avoid the COVID19 disease. So being able to get virtual counseling is very important to me.

Need to extend time if necessary
The problem I see here is that my doctor said I have 19 seconds left and had to rush to finish. He didn’t know how to extend it.
This was a second post op visit which is not ideal for sinus surgery as the doc should see you in person. With that said, it was forced because of the viral pandemic measures and not much can be done about that. Don’t think my Doctor was happy about not seeing his patients in person but it can’t be helped.

Very helpful app
My wife has chronic pain and going in for a Dr. visit is tough for her. This app is easy to use and very clear in its operation. Well done.
