I used to be able to find books and place an order for them to be put on hold.not anymore.the app is barely functioning and I can’t find anything by searching on it

It says initialization failed and won’t work.No way to report that I can see.Won’t even open the app
Cannot login
I got logged out of the app. I have tried to log back in using the information given to me by the library but it will not let me login.
i hate it.
it doesn’t work at all. i have no way of requesting multiple books like i used to.
Easy to place books on hold
I love this app because if I think of a book or DVD I’d like to borrow, I check the app to see if the library has it and can request a hold really quickly.
