Ok app, but notifications are maddening
App works pretty well, but is not very responsive. Notifications almost never clear after reading a message/news/photo, etc. Not fun because you really want to know if there is a new notification from your child care provider.

Pretty good, but the photos do not download anymore.
Great little app, gets the job done. The photos do not download anymore. Apparently a fix is coming, but has been coming for a long time now.
Great potential but poor technical performance
Really hope this review triggers developers to work on technical reliability and stability. As a proud parent I love the functionality of staying in touch while the kids are at nursery, but more often than not my wife and I find ourselves frustrated as the app won’t let us in (on different devices)....

It works
Functional, but user experience could be improved with a few extra touches. Particularly relating to how photos are shared.
Good Service
Never had a problem with the Ouder portal app, does the job nicely! Always enjoyable and reassuring to see pictures of the day. 👍
