Not honest

You show that you have extra discount and you have it labeled on shop sale, i shop the sale when i come to apply for the extra discount it does not work. CS confirmed that items have no further discounts, so why the manipulation? You advertise for something and you show something else. You I raised a complaint through the phone she told me someone will respond on email n no response.
