Very disappointing customer service.
I contacted the company more than 10 times regarding my issue through phone calls, emails, and messages. Every single time, I was told that my request had been forwarded and that someone would get back to me. Unfortunately, nothing ever happened.
I kept receiving the same promises with no action, no follow-up, and no resolution. The lack of communication and accountability is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
I expected a much better level of customer service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Very bad Logistics x customer service
miscommunication and lack of locating and tracking client communication when changing address happened. Order will never be received despite being a premium service.

Low quality delivery service as I get my order opened by the delivery company also it was a gift to someone 😑😑
