A Beautiful Part of My Mornings with Jesus!
I love this app so much - I enjoy the devotions each morning as I drink coffee, read my Bible, and pray.
The devotions are beautifully written and photos are stunning.
Heads up, if you have to adjust font size on your phone, some words will seem to “cut off.” (Today’s devotion was a great example of it). I changed the font on my phone back to a bit smaller but I’d love it if (in a future update), the text size was automatic.

Missing text
App has missing text which never occurred until users were required to make an account in order to keep their daily progress!

New update
I love the new format on devotionals and the evening meditation right on the home page
Another update and STILL no new Bible versions added.
So there has been ANOTHER ODB update, and yet there have not been any new Bible versions added to the app.
I was told well over a year ago when I asked why there were only five common Bible versions available in the app after ODB stopped using Bible Gateway as their link to Scripture verses, that ODB was “working on” getting more versions. But after numerous updates that has STILL not happened.
As I said in my last review, while I can understand why ODB felt the need to stop using Bible Gateway as their link for the Scripture verses, they should NOT have stopped using Bible Gateway UNTIL they had at least close to the same number of the most commonly used Bible versions that were available through Bible Gateway.
In addition to that issue, I have also noticed that some of the devotional readings have become more “woke” in their content, which is both disappointing and disturbing.
As a result of what I believe are some troubling signs about where the Our Daily Bread app is headed, I have stopped using it as one of my daily Bible reading tools.

Sleep meditations
I’m very grateful for this app. I use it mainly for the mediations. They help me to get to sleep quickly with just Gods word and none of the worldly stuff running my mind. Thank you.

A Great Support
I have been using ODB, off and on, for over 50 years! I keep coming back to it because it is so accessible, encouraging and applicable to my daily life! I love the way it provides a scripture to read and then an application. It is a real-world way for me to envision the scriptures being applied! Great Daily Bible Option
I didn’t have time but was able to listen to His word daily through this. I made time and I got like 30 minutes back in my commute time for no logically reason. I was just sharing that with a friend and thought I should share it on a review. If you have no time or don’t know how to study, highly recommend using this app. It’s a blessing.

Amazing!!
I love reading these at the end of the day as it helps me grow and build within my journey with God. Each story is unique and interesting. However, there is a question I do have; my readings are different on the app compared to the small books I receive in the mail. Is it to do with my area/country?

If your readings are different, please check your language settings to make sure that your language settings for English matches your geographical location: if the app is in "UK English" and you're in the US, that explains the difference. Won’t load at all
Reinstalled 2 times and still not working so now I will use a browser instead.

A very good daily habit
I have been using the app for several years now, each day listening to the Bible reading, brief talk and short prayer, about 5 minutes in length, so can easily fitted into the the busiest of days. This is true to God's word, focused on Christ, and inspiring. I would suggest it is particularly good for new Christians to help and encourage them achieve the crucial daily habit of setting aside time to be with the Lord, and grow in faith, but also for mature Christians, as part of their daily devotionals. This much else besides the daily reading, including an evening meditation to prepare one for sleep. It is free, but I make a monthly contribution to support this good work for His Kingdom.

Good App
I like this app overall, I just really wish I could highlight Bible verses! If I could do that then I could replace my other Bible apps with this one.
Daily Devotionals.
ODB Daily Devotionals is the best way I have found to start my day focused on Jesus and take the time to read scripture beyond that on which each daily devotional is based. I really like the ability to listen as it is read out loud. It lets me close my eyes and shut everything else out and really hear and concentrate on what is being talked about. The other materials following the devotionals that are related to each daily scripture go further into more insights and keep me thinking and searching for more understanding. Thank you for your gift of these devotionals.

Our Daily Bread is my “go to” app to supplement my early morning devotionals and in my opinion, is a must have for anyone seeking to invest focused time on drawing closer to God - highly recommend!!!
Needs WORD WRAP
The messages are good, but only useful if you can read them. Most days, the first paragraph ends with a word mid-sentence going off the right margin, leaving me unable to read the rest of the sentence/paragraph. Very frustrating
