Decent but faulty app

I have not used many of the features offered by this app. Many people use it for tennis court reservations; this works reasonbly well. However, the app doesn't always work, and it can fail for weeks at a time. It can be difficult to get a timely response from the company to get help.

This app has been nothing but a problem since my HOA’s adoption. It will work for a few weeks and then it breaks.

Developer needs to release a more stable version that our community can rely on. As of now the app does not work at all.
