The app has a user interface that is unintuitive, very slow to navigate, aesthetically displeasing and frustrating to use.

The app is not very user friendly. Cannot order repeats . Definitely needs updating
So many issues
So many issues with this app I don’t even know where to start. Trouble setting a password. I can see my order and the status, then when I exit the app and log back in it says no order has been made yet. The bottoms on the bottom make no sense, they should rather have a button for quick and easy access to your recent order to check the status. The home button does not work.
