Admins can now run every club report from the app. Browse the full catalogue, choose the options each report takes, read the results on screen, and export to PDF, CSV or Excel straight into the share sheet. Reports that contain personal data are marked, and you can set a report password from the app under Report Security. Coaches and admins can set their own sensitive file password, which controls whether the daily attendance summary arrives with its spreadsheet attached. Class pages now show who is teaching. Coaches can see the club's coaching roster, put themselves down to teach or support a session, and admins can assign a lead coach when creating or editing a class. There is a new staff timetable showing who is covering what. Clubs can build their own forms and share them with members, and members can fill them in and sign on their phone. Clubs moving to OurClub from another provider have a guided setup for bringing their existing payments across. Tapping a notification now opens the thing it is about. Grade cards are easier to read on lighter belts, dates from previous years show the year, and a licence with one day left now reads correctly.
