What other choice do we have
I have tried to pay for a fishing license for two months this app wont load and when it does it says sorry something went wrong.
Unintuitive user interface
The basic function of apps that require logging on to use properly usually offer a signup option right underneath the login option. This app for some reason only gives the option to log on as if I should have already had an account before downloading.
2025 OA App Buggy
I have used this app for many seasons checking in and out on public land in years past with no issues. This yr 2025 specifically, I’ve had constant issues with the app not loading properly for check ins as well as not loading the “where to hunt” WMA maps. It will say “Where to hunt” not available. I will have to close out the app and then try again. Sometimes it takes doing this several times to get into certain pages on the app. It has been VERY BUGGY this year. Considering the importance of using this app for following the check in procedures as well as having access to licenses, this seems like something that needs to be address asap.

Cant purchase License
Not able to purchase license. The screen is not loading after I put in my birthdate and then click continue
Useless app
The app fails to acknowledge I’ve purchased my license. The only reason I downloaded the app was to show a wildlife officer my license if need be and when I go to “My licenses” nothing shows up.

Had the issue with my license not showing up in the app. Tyler at support answered my email quickly and everything is working as needed!
App Doesn't Work
This is the worse app I've encountered. I can't access any feature. I thought when I first added it maybe their servers where down. It's been 2 weeks and nothing loads.
Junk
Seems like you have to delete it and redownload it at least ones a week. I go to log in and the screen will just turn black or white and ones I do finally get logged in it want hardly let me log out it does the same thing
Can’t check in or out of Management land
The app goes blank after submitting a check in and can’t do a check out or in

The app is a cool idea, but it wouldn’t let me finish checking into the WMA, and when I try to check out it won’t let me do that either. The whole screen goes black and there’s nothing I can do

When I go to check in to hunt management land the screen goes blank. I’ve signed out and logged back into my account and that doesn’t seem to help. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled the app, I’ve even turned my phone off and restarted it to see if that would help. I’ve never had issues with this app until this year. I’ve tried contacting someone about the app but haven’t found a resolution. My buddies that I duck hunt with are using android phones seem to not have any issues with checking in on their app. So could there be a bug with apple?

Won’t let me login
I got a new phone and it won’t let me login to my account. I can’t even push the login button after putting birth date and id this app is wack.
What is everyone else talking about?
This app is wonderful I have no complaints at all! Everyone else is saying they can’t get to their license on the app, but I can, there is a button that says “licenses” you click to show it. I’ve been hunting white tail deer a lot and I tag everyone in this app!
Pain in the Butt to purchase additional license
As a person who worked in enterprise software/application design for more than 25 years, I can say that this app is about as bad as it gets. It would be a challenge to make it worse!
Not what it should be
Very disappointed with this app. I used it two years ago when I was in Alabama turkey hunting and it worked great this year. Every time I check in the screen goes blank so I restarted the phone loaded the app still the same problems seems like other people are having his problems too you would think that they would try to resolve it specially being its mandatory to check in. It does display my new license so that’s good.

Login button does not become accessible
I enter my birthday and choose to enter my license number, then enter it. The login button does not become accessible and I cannot login.
Needs work
Was able to check in to a WMA but goes to blank screen and can’t check out. The page will not load. I have had problems with the app from the first time I uploaded it on my phone. There was no way to sign in by paper at the WMA I was hunting at so this was the only way for me to check in. Now I can’t check out. Any help would be appreciated.
