I have had the opportunity to meet the founders in person. I have both seen and heard the vision they have for Outdoor Pal. The application is in its infancy, but the end vision is strong and is being realized with each update. Hope it gets bigger! Getting in a review early because it’s a great idea despite how features are slim right now. Can y’all include a larger array of activities like paragliding, kitesurfing, mountain biking, trail running? Right now there’s only 5

Very Beta

App is borderline unusable in its current state. Searching for users by location does not work. Only 2-4 trips are shown in the main feed, usually guided trips. When the app asks for permissions such as camera, rejecting them is not an option. The feed doesn’t scroll. Have had 2-3 hard crashes so far, mostly while launching the app.

I like the idea of this app but it looks like it needs a lot of work and a lot of users before it will be useful for most people.

Would suggest having solid location filters. Totally separate personal trips from guided ones. Allow trip/user search on the map itself.
