Horrible
Horrible app.. whenever you ask the AI to generate you a fit majority of the time it generates the same pants. The same accessories. Maybe different shoes. And NO SHIRT. And says “black loose leather top” I DONT EVEN HAVE THAT? I want a refund.
So annoying
I can’t even get into the app because whenever I put in a name it always says there’s an issue >:(
Glitchy
I have not been able to upload any clothing. I find an image and try to save it, only to be redirected to the same random preset image searches. Very frustrating, glad I only spent 9.99, I’ve already cancelled the subscription.
Glitchy & needs improvement
I just started using the app and already there is soo many technical issues. Tried changing my email twice and put in the code, only for it to go through a loop of verification. Also adding subcategories and editing the info, doesn’t save and you have to redo A LOT for it to finally save.
I’ll most likely delete as it’s just not for me right now. Wish there was an app that actually worked.

Don’t Waste your Time!
I really wanted to love Pronti, but it’s just not functional. The clothes scheduler doesn’t work, the “occasions” feature mixes all clothes randomly, and the filters don’t do what they should. What’s the point of adding brand, size, and material details if there’s no way to see closet stats?
It’s hard to believe that after years, the app still struggles with such basic issues. I spent days uploading my closet only to find that nothing works properly. Preferences are also weak — for example, why can’t I switch temperatures to Fahrenheit? The calendar integration doesn’t sync with my multiple work and personal calendars either.
The app is missing core features like closet cost tracking and stats, and even the color selection tool is bad — it mislabels most uploads. I wouldn’t mind paying for the app if it actually worked, but right now even the basics aren’t reliable.
The AI outfit-mixing concept is great, but if occasions and temperature settings don’t factor in, it’s pointless. To make things worse, when I tried submitting feedback through the “Help Improve Pronti” tab, the app crashed.
I didn’t want to leave a bad review, but this experience has been beyond disappointing.
