Big flaw in setup and terrible customer service

I messed up in setting up the players but found no way to correct it. I contacted their support and waited five days with no answer. The outing is coming up so I decided to cancel the round and start over from scratch. To my surprise the only way set it up again is to pay another $24. I gave up and went with another app.

Trying to set up outing, it requires Tee which has no options to choose, then crashes. Can’t use the app at all.

Doesnt work

Every email for support gets kicked back. The app flat out doesn’t work. Now have to figure out a way to get money back

Didn’t work (who knows why)

Had a big 26 team outing today and thought it would be cool to track everyone’s progress so saw this app and read reviews and looked pretty good. Downloaded the app and got all the teams registered pretty easily. Everything prior to tee off worked perfectly. Then it was time to start tracking our scores and see who’s at the top of the leaderboard and it flat out just didn’t work. Still have us the option to enter our hole scores but we could never open the leaderboard option. We were at a course that was a bit off the grid but it was still an option under courses.
 Was a pretty big let down. Would be cool if I got my $24 dollars refunded but I doubt it will happen. Whatever. Download at your own risk.
