Confusing and unreliable
Needs a lot of work! It wasn’t clear where the athletes I was tracking were in the race or how much distance remained. The split labels were confusing, live tracking and rankings were inconsistent, and predicted finish times changed dramatically. Needs much clearer more reliable live race information. The only positive was being able to see my live location on the map, but that’s only helpful if the athletes location is accurate!

Pretty poor
Only wanted to check the results of a couple of friends who did the event. Painful process to not be able to find a results from today’s event!
Useless if you can’t find athletes
Can’t search for athletes by name or race number so have to scroll through pages and pages of athletes to find them only to find their tracker isn’t working anyway. Complete waste of time and gave up searching for the other athletes I knew !

Shockingly bad
The app was totally unusable during the race. Had the athlete I was following finishing the swim then starting half way through again. No clear distances covered or position. Rubbish.
Can’t search athletes’ names
No “search” function to track athletes rendering app entirely useless. Zero stars
Can’t find athletes
For some reason you can’t search for athletes, so you have to scroll through every competitor to find the intended person to follow…
