2 tier security not in place and documents for taxes not in file so snail mail still
Useless and frustrating!!!
Every time I attempt to log on to my account via the Outlook app after not having logged on for a while, it doesn’t remember my log on info and after attempts to log on manually with the correct credentials, I get locked out of my account. This then requires me calling Outlook and then waiting forever for an agent to return the call in order to completely reset my password with a new one. Today I had to do this frustrating exercise three times and wasted approximately 2 hours of my time to do so. I have now deleted this useless app.

Can't login
ACU required to upgrade password to alpha numeric. Yet this NEW app only let's you enter a numeric password. Poorly thought out. Though, what earned it two stars is your can set a profile to remember your id#

Unable to login because old app makes you need letters in your password, new app is only numbers.
