Purchased subscription recently but am unable to use it
Money got deducted for one year. But not able to download out look money
Poor response . Absolute cheating. Paid rs 839 for 1 year subs for out look money through apple account. Money deducted. Not able to down load magazine. No response. These people are cheating . Don’t fall prey to them
Magzter & Outlook Money worst service
Considering the reputation of Outlook money magazine took 1 year subscription. After 3 issues there was no accessibility. When complained response was bad & despite reminders received indicating period is extended. Instead of addressing the basic issue of accessibility extending period of subscription has no meaning. New subscription editions not getting downloaded since oct 21
I renewed my subscription in oct 21 but new editions are not getting downloaded. There is no information in help tab or in app on how to resolve this or contact the support staff
