Poor and unethical service (taking subscription money and not providing magazine)

Outlook Traveller last magazine edn uploaded is Oct 2021. I took subscription for 1 yr commencing Dec 2021. No magazine uploaded in App or provided. Wrote to customer service (Magzter) and they are passing on the buck to publisher for not providing contents (magazines) in App. It is appalling and unethical that Magzter or Outlook will keep subscription OPEN but NOT provide any service (subscribed content) in return. Downloaded Magzter App and even that app shows Oct 2021 edn as last upload for Outlook Traveller magazine.

Can’t downloas even after subscription

Same problem again. Have renewed subscription for one year till 19 Sep 2019, but cannot download the issued since October 2018. Please help.

Again same problem. Subscription is renewed till September 2020. But cannot access the October 2019 issue ! Please help.
