Outrider Tour Manager

The music is the easy part. It's everything before the stage lights go on that's chaos — load-in, set times, hotels, guest lists, stage plots, all scattered across text threads, group chats, and a folder of PDFs nobody can find at 4pm on show day. Outrider puts it all in one place. HOME The day's load-in, soundcheck, and set time in one glance — the one time that matters is impossible to miss. SHOWS Your whole run mapped out, one stop at a time. Add a venue once — address, contacts, and load-in notes carry to every show there. SETLISTS Reorder songs by dragging. Keys, chord notes, and lyrics live right under each song, not in a separate app. STAGE PLOTS Drag-and-drop equipment layouts your crew and the house can both read at a glance. GUEST LISTS Comps, will-call, and artist guests tracked per show — not per napkin. TECH & HOSPITALITY RIDERS Write your specs once. They attach to every show automatically. CREW CHAT One thread per run. Venue changes post themselves as system alerts, so nobody's asking whether load-in moved for the fifth time. Free to start — one run, on us. Paid plans remove the caps when your calendar fills up. Terms of Use: https://api-server-production-0b9f.up.railway.app/api/legal/terms
