Does not function properly
This app doesn’t load, there is no update to the app and it doesn’t not function properly. Could not apply my reservation and most of the content doesn’t load so I can’t read it. Recommend immediate update.

Opens their own website in a Safari window—why bother?
The website seems fine, but there's almost nothing exclusive about the app that you can't do online.
