About

A dictation keyboard for any app on your iPhone. Outspoken adds a custom keyboard with one big mic key — switch to it from any text field, tap, and speak. Your words are transcribed entirely on-device and typed right where your cursor is. WHY OUTSPOKEN • Works inside Messages, Mail, Notes, or any app with a text field — no copying and pasting between apps. • Choose your engine: Apple's built-in speech engine for instant results, Parakeet for near-instant accuracy across 25 languages, or Whisper Large v3 Turbo for the highest accuracy across 99 languages. • Optional on-device translation and rewriting refine your transcript before it lands in the text field — no network call, ever. • A companion app alongside the keyboard shows your dictation history and lets you fine-tune engines, rewriting personalities, and translation. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your voice and your words are processed entirely on your iPhone. We never see your audio or your transcripts — only anonymous usage counts (which engine, how long a dictation took), never what you said. The keyboard needs Full Access to share dictation sessions with the main app, and Microphone access to hear you. Neither is used to collect your content. Say it once. Outspoken types it — accurately, privately, instantly.

Models do not download

Nice idea, but models do not download and the language of dictation is English only. No mentioning of it whatsoever.
