An update for you: both things you asked for are now in the app. Apple Watch complications shipped in v1.0.7 — add OutTime to your watch face and your remaining out-time is right there at a glance. And as of v2.0.3, alternate app icons are here too: Settings → App Icon now has six looks — Classic Dark, plus quieter ring-only icons in five colors (part of Pro). Your review helped get both built. Thank you for taking the time to write it — enjoy the new looks!
Great app

Thank you - "does only one thing and does it exceptionally well" is exactly what we set out to build, and hearing it put that way means a lot to a small indie app. The whole idea of the countdown budget is that you always know exactly where your day stands, with no clutter around it - really glad that fits how you use it. And thank you for calling out the one-time purchase. No ads, no subscription, no upsell treadmill - that's the design, permanently. Enjoy the app!
LOVE
super easy interface and visually intuitive, you can also edit your aligners out sessions retroactively if u forgot to log them
i don’t usually pay for premium versions but if i was going to get any aligner app subscription it would be this, cuz its a one time payment instead of monthly like most, and i might end up getting it as my aligner journey goes on
i would love if there was an easier way to edit which tray you’re on (ie: didn’t wear tray x for as long as you planned to this week and want to add an extra day, but are trying to do that on the next calendar day)
right now I’ve managed by changing my tray number to the previous one (which changes your overall start date automatically), adjusting the days per tray for that tray, and adjusting the overall start date to the correct one.

Thank you again - and an update, because your review became the spec: the gap you described is fixed in v2.0.4. Calendar → "Adjust Tray Lengths" now edits every tray, past ones included. So if the app has already moved you to the next tray, giving the previous one an extra day is a single tap - no more changing the tray number, the days per tray, and the start date by hand. You described the problem precisely enough that we built exactly that; genuinely, thank you. And the one-time purchase promise stands: no subscription, no ads.
