Need fix bug on app
I am looking for add apple wallet and there no show.
I read instructions on OV Loop website help desk information and seem that app did not update or fix.
Also I did add payment card and try to add on device and show me NOT ELEGIBLE what that suppose mean ?
I use debit and credit cards from well Fargo bank .

This is a scam company
I have an "OV Rewards Card" and have loaded $415 to it. I have tried to use it multiple times but no purchases go through. I have emailed OV Loop with no response. I have reached out to them on social media with no response. Finally, on Instagram, they responded and gave me their email address (the one they never responded to me on) and their phone number (978-254-2805). I called the phone number multiple times and an auto-recording played with a message I've never heard in my life. It doesn't ring, says "call rejected," and then disconnects the call immediately. There is no way to reach anyone at this company and no way to access my $415. They have essentially stolen my money.

Does not allow credit cards
I purchased the fob specifically to use it for payments using my credit cards. Turns out can only use their debit card which I have to pay every time money is loaded. Kind of a scam. Every time I send a message to ask when the credit cards will be able to use for payment and I either get no response or I am told it will activate in a few months. That was a year ago. Can’t return it now. So I charge it every few months and wait for this thing to actually do what it says in their ads.

Pay for fob, then charge me to use it, really???
Ok, I love the concept of the OV Valet payment fob, but there are no banks that you can directly use, and to really use it, you must sign up for a OV MasterCard Debit, then you’re going to charge me 1.9 percent to transfer money to the OV MasterCard Debit.
This is for something that was purchased, yet you want to make a percentage for all of my purchases (yes, by charging me a 1.9 percent charge up fee, you’re making money from my purchases).
You talked about getting users banks ready for the device while in development quite some time ago, but I don’t see any list of pre-authorized banks anywhere that the key fob can use.
I’ll update to a higher rating if things change for the better.
