Love shows but too many commercials/breaks
I love pretty much every show on Ovation. Unfortunately, every 5 minutes or so there is a commercial or break when viewing shows in app. When watching programs on Ovation channel you have quite a few annoying commercial breaks as well but the app has way more. It’s frustrating and frankly just very annoying. I understand revenue from commercials but please consider having less interruptions during a show.

Closed Captioning Malfunction
I thought it would be great to be able to watch Ovation live on the app. However, just like on your website, the closed captions only work every once in a great while…and not for long (plus, there does not appear to be any other way to communicate this to you). Why can’t you folks fix your tech?
App Freezes
This has a good selection of shows. Unfortunately it freezes every time I try to use it on iPhone and iPad. Once it’s bugs are fixed I will try it again.
Freezing
Way too many ads and when the ads play, they freeze every few seconds! Aggravating! The program doesn’t freeze, but the ads do!
Frustrating app!
Love so many of the shows on Ovation but this app is sub-par. While watching just one episode of the show, I have had to endure over 20 of the same commercial (often 4 times in a row). And it’s not uncommon for the app to freeze.
I hate Barbados thanks to Ovation app
I understand thatPart of using a free service is advertisement, but this is overkill. I am so turned off of Barbados do to the fact this app seem to have the only one commercial and not only is it played once but it’s played four TimesEvery 15 minutes this renders this app as useless for what they’re offering. I think I will go to BritBox just because I can watch these shows without Barbados commercials.

Ovation now
I Love the Ovation channel & want to watch it where ever I go. I have grown children/grandchildren. All I get is a frozen screen of DQ Ad on my iPad Pro
I’m enjoying Ovation
I watched the channel on my satellite provider now on the app. I’m on Season 2 or 3 of King and have had no trouble. I like the programming thanks
Great shows to binge watch
I love how this app gives me a variety of mystery solving shows, they also have a good amount of binge worthy content
Needs work
App is not Chromecast compatable and is buggy. I deleted it after 1 show viewing.
Ovation
Ovation has far too many ads and too many commercial breaks some of them play over and over durning the program. It ruins everything.
Can’t use app
I was unable to use the app on my last tablet because it no longer supported the update. Got a new tablet and was excited to download it again; but the new version is not going to work for my schedule. I need the on demand feature to watch when I can; but my tv provider is not an option. Very disappointed.

Too many repeats
I love the programs on Ovation, however they repeat the same commercials at least 5 times in a row! They’re on a constant loop and I end up not finishing the program. Just maddening !
Froze
I updated my app tonight to the latest version. I watched one episode of King with no problem. On the second one, after about 30 minutes of actual program (and way too many repeated ads), the picture froze, though the audio continued. At the next commercial break there were four ads, it briefly flashed to the program, back to four more ads, briefly flashed to the program, then back to ads. At that point I gave up.

App Needs Improvement
I don’t mind commercials when watching on the app BUT I do mind 10+ min of the same 4 commercials looping over and over. It’s taken me 1.5 hours to watch 44 min of content. It hasn’t always been this way so not sure what has changed recently.
Ovation now where are you?
Love the shows hate the repeats on same ads in a row. Now it’s gone. Off my phone. This has been my favorite site. But now I have so much on an gone then short on an gone again. This time completely gone for 5 days! Where are you. Cannot reload. Will not accept. Hellllllp!
App needs to improve -too many commercials
I love the ovation network and watch lots of the shows on tv. However, the app has way too many commercials and it is the same ones over and over. Sometimes the Frankie Drake commercials just keep playing in a loop, after it plays 5 times I give up and go to a different network.
Cannot Access
I am supposed to have Ovation access with my Spectrum service. Both Ovation and Spectrum agree. For over a year, I have tried numerous times to access programming via the app on all my iPads, including one less than a year old. I have never once been successful. Neither provider has done anything other than say it should work.

Same commercial over and over again.
To repeat the same commercial six times in a row is a bit much and overkill. I would pay to have this commercial free.
