OverFlight Intelligence

he map just got a lot more useful – airports, sharper radar, and smarter plane icons. • Completely overhauled interface. • Airports on the map – airports now appear right on the map, tiered as you zoom. Tap one for its live weather and runways in use, or jump straight to its arrivals & departures board. Star your favorites to keep them front and center. • Augmented reality improvements to see aircraft info live by pointing your camera at the sky. • Follow a single flight – tap "Show on Map" on any aircraft to lock the map onto it: the view stays centered as it moves, a trail draws behind it, and the other traffic clears away so you can focus on the one you're watching. • Upgraded weather radar – radar is now powered by NOAA's quality-controlled MRMS mosaic for a cleaner, more accurate picture. • Better aircraft icons – more aircraft show their correct type on the map, even when the raw ADS-B feed leaves the type out. • A cleaner map – the map runs edge-to-edge with the search bar up top, and the tap-to-view aircraft card shows the full photo (no more cropped noses and tails). • Frequently Watched – a new spot to discover notable aircraft and add them to your watchlist. • Weather Layers on the map - US Primary • Aviation Chart Layers on the map - US Primary Plus reliability and performance improvements throughout.
