Best Transcription Service
I have used many services but once I found OVERNIGHTSCRIBE several years ago I never used another. Support is extremely prompt and helpful, the transcription is highly accurate even with long and detailed dictations, and they use my templates appropriately. They are the best.

Excellent/Perfect Medical (and general) transcription app and platform
I use Overnight Scribe for many medical and scientific manuscripts, documents and letters. Their quality, accuracy, speed and responsiveness is fantastic. Pricing is also almost unbelievably reasonable. I don’t know how they do it.

Losing dictation
If you push your home button while dictating the app exits and u lose your entire dictation which is very irritating. Also there is no way to rewind and review dictation.

Uploading Appointment list is cumbersome
I've been playing around with this for 2 hours. Help info on site could use some video instructions or more detailed instructions. Their support opens at 9 am which is not great since most physicians start much earlier than that. Onboarding is not as easy as claimed. Would appreciate more guidance to get setup since transcription services are very expensive.

Very good dictation service
I am a physician who needed a few dictations a month for some moonlighting. Didn't need a monthly fee or a minimum. This company provides just that. I'm very satisfied.
Great dictation service
We have been using overnight scribe in our practice for a few months now. It is fairly easy to use and the quality of the dictations is very good. Transcription also of pretty good quality, just the occasional error which is easily edited within the app.
I also like the ability to fax the report to anywhere I want, although there needs to be a better way to store fax numbers within the app, rather than relying on contacts.
The only other thing I would say is that they should implement TouchID on it as well.
Otherwise, it's been a very useful tool in our practice.

Not as good
This version has made the program worse instead of better. Not nearly as user friendly. Customizing nearly impossible. Disappointing.
