Planning from the end of a project back to the beginning while not well known, also has been around for a long time.
For years I have taught and consulted using these these combined concepts to organizations globally. It has always necesitated being the same room.
OVERGantt has taken these two comcepts and made them digital and therefore shareable in a virtual meeting. I have used it since its launch and while there are some features still being developed, this inital version is very simple and easy to use.
