Overall good, but…
App is great, only thing missing is recording pump timing. I do both and keeping milk supply up depends on how often milk is expressed and I want to my baby’s feeds based on expression, not just when he ate.
Downhill
I used this app for pregnancy and post-partum 4 years ago. The content/information was helpful, evidence based and current. Now using it again post-partum and the content seems generic and written by AI. No actual guidelines or recommendations, a lot of fluff. Okay app for basic tracking of breastfeeding and naps, but that’s all I find useful now.

I love this app. It makes feed/sleep tracking easy and you can track milestones and log diaper changes, weight and height and more!
Love using, but doesn’t stay updated / accurate
I love this app and use it everyday during the newborn and first year of my babies lives! It has great tracking options for feeding, etc. the reason for my star rating is the feeding options do breast feeding do not stay updated and accurate. The side used last is consistently wrong which can throw me off and make me have to look back in the logs to check which side I actually fed from last. Other than that flaw I love the features.

Best for Tracking in the Baby's First Year
This app is a gem to me! It's helped me better understand child development and milestones while also keeping track of my children's day to day care. It amazes me how thought out this app was formulated. I rave about it to other mothers and moms-to-be.
I Love Ovia and I wish…
I am an Ovia fan! I used the regular Ovia to track my cycle, then Ovia pregnancy for the cool week by week updates while pregnant, and now I use Ovia parenting mostly for the logs. I track everything- how long baby nurses, what time I have the last bottle, length of naps, and number of soiled diapers. But, with that being said, I wish that there was a way to log pumping sessions. For a momma who does a combination of breastfeeding, nursing and supplementing with formula, I need to know when I pumped and how many ounces I produced when I pumped. I also don’t like that I often need to swipe down on the screen in order for it to refresh and give me the accurate times of the events on my log. Ovia, I love you dearly but please update these two things!

Perfect for Postpartum!
I love this app for postpartum and use it daily to track breastfeeding. There is a huge variety of articles which are helpful and the support with Ovia+ is absolutely wonderful! I’m using it for the second time with my second kid. My only suggestion would be to make it so a person can use the app to track breastfeeding from the lock screen and their Apple Watch! That would make this app perfect!

Good but could be better.
The app is great. You are able to track a lot of great things. But I find it lags a little sometimes when I’m trying to hit a button to log something quickly. I also think itd be nice to be able to edit a feed or sleep once submitted. And I find there’s a gap in that if you do pump there’s no way to track that in this app. I have to track it in a different one. But for what the app does have to offer I would still recommend.

Me gusta mucho la app, el poco tiempo libre que tengo lo uso para leer esta app porque te da mucha información oportuna, a veces voy al pediatra y me dice info que ya leí en la aplicación o a los pocos días aparece la información. Vale mucho la pena tomarte el tiempo para leer la información que brinda, sobretodo una que es mamá primeriza.

Customer service is non existent. I would have given 5 stars as I love the ap but can’t invite my husband and nanny in the ap
Wish it was darker
The app is exactly what you’d need if you want to keep track of diapers and feeds. It does have helpful tips and milestone markers. My mahout complaint though— it doesn’t have a dark mode. Turning this app on at 4am for a feed is the worst, even with brightness all the way down.
Not for large families
I love and have used the other trackers that Ovia has. After having my last baby I decided to use this one to track feedings and other things. Well, I can’t. Not if I add all of my children to the app. It will only allow up to 5 that I can track. So I cannot track any of the things I wanted to with my new baby, the whole point in gettting the app. I’m sure it’s great for new moms, but not me.

Easy breast feeding tracker
Love the layout, and simplicity of it as well as the ability to edit the feed before submitting. This my 2nd time using this app specifically for recording baby’s feeds and diapers. I’ve tried other apps just to make sure there weren’t better options and there wasn’t!
Add features
I love the app!! Absolutely helpful to log everything but i feel you need to add more features like start and stop timers for feeding on Home Screen so that even phone was locked we can stop/ push / resume the timer

Needs corrected age option
I have loved all the ovia apps. I’ve used them from when I was trying to get pregnant, to being pregnant, and now with my child.
However, while this app provides great information I use it far less because they do not have a corrected age option for if you have a preemie. My baby was 11 weeks early. She is technically 4.5 months old and I am seeing all the milestones for that age, when really I need the milestones for a 2 month old due to her being premature. I Hope in the future they can add a corrected age option while also keeping the child’s real age so you can get more accurate tips without having to change your child’s age.

Great app, but needs updates
We are using this app to keep track of when we are feeding our baby, but we have a hard time keeping track of her vitamins. This app needs a place to add medicine/vitamins to track them, and entries should be editable so you don’t have to delete and redo them
Helpful but limited functionality.
My wife and I love this app but we wish it could track medication administration and which new foods have been introduced. A feature to see which over-the-counter meds are safe to use while breast feeding would be nice. The Ovia pregnancy app had that for what was safe during pregnancy.
It also can’t be the only app you use as parents, because you can’t find logged data easily or document doctor’s appointments or vaccines.
We like the milestone feature, but again, once the data is logged you have to search each day to find it again in the future. We also like all the education and mental health support materials it provides. Very helpful as first time parents.
