Not a trustworthy Company
I booked a load from PA to Florida and was told I needed to provide TWIC id number on the back of my card, for security purposes I said I was told never to give this number by the TWIC office. Then the rep went off telling me I was wrong and he’s going to remove me from OVN and I going to be blocked. So then a few minutes later after he hung up on me I was removed from there platform for asking a question. I tried talking to their manager and he had no report of the incident and said the report said I was removed and blocked because I had my own business and MC number and that’s why. But that was one of the requirements when I signed on with OVN and they knew this. Run Run Run!!! There are way better paying and more professional companies out there. Don’t take the chance with OVN.

After a driver has a load confirmed, it gets canceled because they find someone else who is cheaper. It is disrespectful and unprofessional.

Bad company. They provide you with access and after 15 days they block you if you don't do any load with them. Don't waste your money by generating a Certificate. I requested that they delete my data and they blocked my access. There are more professional companies in the market.
