Absolute Garbage (Zero Stars)
Spent an hour creating accounts and being sent around in loops to then have the app crash and shutdown when I try to view my tickets. Have no way of accessing them.

The app literally has not worked for 2 years now, you simply cannot log in without it instantly closing/crashing. Nightmare when trying to access purchased tickets
What for?
Useless app. They force you to download it to access your tickets. It didn't work for my friend and she had to go physically go and sort it out herself, with guards.
Why is there no option to call security to your seat? There were many people who misbehaved and there was nothing we could do about it...

Keeps crashing when I try to access my tickets
I need to access my tickets but it keeps crashing after I enter my password

Referring to other app. But other app also not opening account…Purchased ticket. Match is next Saturday!
Can’t view tickets
I’m not sure if this app is a scam, it forces you to put your iPhone passcode in and then crashes. Can’t do anything with the app so just used the AXS app. Deleted.
Unreliable
Bought tickets months ago from Ticket Master for an event at Wembley Arena and then found had to use this app for tickets.
App would not work and then when I eventually got registered the password I had just set up failed so tried to reset and it told me it had locked the account as it thought I was a bot. Eventually got it working and then thought I’d check tickets again but now app keeps crashing.

Rubbish 0 stars!!!
Worst user experience I have had with an app in a long time. Issues with account creation and password, not to mention the tickets I needed were via axs so had a second login to access those in the app. I now have 3 different passwords in keychain for ovo app. Just went back to check tickets for event and I had been signed out wouldn’t login even though faceid enabled none of the saved passwords worked. Fortunately discovered I could use axs app to view tickets. Save yourselves some time and don’t bother with this app if tickets are with axs or elsewhere too. 6hrs of my life I won’t be getting back!

App crashes all the time, I can’t access the tickets. The last thing you need when trying to take a child to a busy event.

So confusing
Very hard to access tickets however I did get there eventually. You have to turn off Face ID on the app and if it asks you to put in your passcode to verify just press cancel! You actually now access your tickets on the axs app which is very good so I wouldn’t bother even downloading this.
Don’t insist I download an App for a specific arena
I have no intent to ever purchase tickets at this arena again, app is poor quality and the idea of refusing to publish E-tickets elsewhere is frankly disgusting.

Booked tickets through ticketmaster but was told to download them on this app. Couldn’t retrieve them so they told me to download the AXS app and retrieve it from there. Is it normal that I needed to download 3 apps to get tickets I havent even bought through a reseller?
Very bad login experience
Wow, perhaps the worst login experience I’ve come across. Followed the instructions, only to be told the password is wrong. I’m using a password manager! Looped around a few times with forgotten password resets and seemingly ended up resetting my AXS password. Unclear if this is the same company! Eventually got logged in and realised I merely got access to the same tickets I already had on the AXS app. Waste of time.
