Thank you for your comment and we understand your concern. Like most companies, we do offer our app as a free download, with some free content, and allow in app purchases for our premium content. This is stated in the header of the app in the app store. Our company is very proud to offer exclusive, professionally guided high quality tours to everyone for a fraction of the price it costs to travel there. We offer a free tour to everyone who downloads the app, and our annual subscription is a deal for full access to more than 30 tours and counting (we are adding new tours and features every month)! Hi CMedley67! Yes, landscape mode is supported while viewing tours. We would love to find out what the issue is with the video jitters. Certain devices are not fully supported and may cause this issue. You can see a list of supported devices by clicking the help icon (Question mark in the top right corner). To resolve your issue, please email support@ovrx.com with your phone model and the type of internet connection you were using, and our developers will investigate. Thanks for the feedback!
