The worst possible power appplication ever

I live at Tpdc managed where we get our power supply from OWATTS, the rate of consumption is insane, even when all our gadgets are off energy is being consumed by a lot, at this point is 1k per kw contrary to the price rate on the app.
I am in pains right now.
We use inverter Acs and fridge
We don’t use heaters or any heavy energy consuming gadgets
Yet we spend N100,000 Naira in less than 7 days at most 10
