App not usable
App not usable.
Impossible to connect
Impossible to use the application because i dont receive sms for the account creation
No drivers available
I tried the app in both Mandalay and Pyay Oo Lwin. No drivers available. Waited for 10 mins.
May be the price is not adjusted to inflation and too cheap for the drivers. Useless app. Have to negotiate with rides on the street with expensive price.

Unable to use overseas phone number
I tried using my Singapore phone number but there is no SMS sent to me for verification
Grab is even cheaper
Along time to wait driver and way expensive than grab
Cheaper than Grab, but useless
I really wanted to like this app, but after using it for about 1 year, I can safely say that the cheaper-than-GrabTaxi prices are a mirage, because no matter how many times I book a taxi from multiple busy locations in Yangon, I can never get a driver. Places like Myanmar Plaza and Hleidan Center should be easy locations at which to find an Oway driver, but nope...not a chance in hell.

Getting worse every update and drivers giving excuse to cancel
As the app got update to the new interface whenever the driver accept everytime I need to restart the app. Most driver are never on the same location they provided and they would call to cancel the ride from my side cause they are too far and most of them would give excuse like they “accidentally” accept the ride. I request the Oway to have better drivers who know how to use the app so they don’t “accidentally” accept and know how to use the google map.

Oway
Let ride Weekend, Weekdays fun & joy Amazing Promotions..
Drivers not that smart
Few times I used it some of the drivers went to drop off location (instead of pick up location). Kind of getting stupid calls and canceling. There are much better working apps..,
UPDATE: changed from 1 star to 3 stars, as it is still alternative to Grab and about half the drivers are as well trained as grab drivers.

OMG......!
I choosed my country code :
+**
After choosing this, a prefix number appeared automatically (can't edit it) as :
09
I entered my number
51*****
When I request SMS, confirmation message showed as
+**0951*****
Valid number should be : +**951*****
When will the message reach to me?
<Not yet>
Is this my misunderstanding? Or really did you guys develop this way?
Finally, a code reached me. I login and the app said “Taking you back to Oway Ride” and it took me back to login screen. Tried it more than 4 times.. Enough of this.
