Great app for tracking

This app is so helpful in keeping track of all my appointments to deal specifically with breast cancer. There’s a Contact list for all my doctors and a Notes section to keep track of symptoms etc. that I would forget later. Just had a follow up mammogram and opened up this app to help me fill out the paperwork. It was so much easier than looking through my calendar to try to remember when my surgeries were. I would highly recommend this app.

Best breast cancer app

I have tried almost all of the apps out there and this one is the best by far. It has the most useful functions, it but honestly, it’s the one I trust the most. It’s probably because all of the breast team at my hospital recommended it but I wanted to try a few out first but they were definitely right!

Amazing app

How did I not find this sooner? Followed their social media for ages then realised there is an app to help me through all of my breast cancer treatments and so much more - brilliant, can't recommend enough.

Faith in humanity restored 😍

It’s heart-warming to find such a complete and helpful app for free. Owise helped me centralize my thoughts, notes and medical info to reduce the busy-work of what is already taxing process.

Helps you keep track of and store all aspects of your breast cancer diagnosis and treatment

This easy to use app enables you to safely store and view information on all aspects of your breast cancer diagnosis, treatment plan and side effects in one place

I found the OWise app really helps you to get organised. Having cancer requires you to keep on top of a myriad of appointments and remember all the medications, advice and guidance at a time when your head is all over the place and you have so much on your mind. It can also aid conversations with your medical team and has a useful functionality to make notes and store (and even suggest) questions for your appointments.

In the trauma and distress of going through breast cancer treatment this app helps you to keep a track of, monitor and share side effects with your healthcare team. There is also a helpful section of useful links to charities and organisations that provide support for breast cancer patients.

Easy to use all

Great for storing all your information, keeping all your notes in one place, such as appointments, how you are feeling. You can share information and documents with your oncology team if your hospital uses the same system. My favourite thing is just putting information into the app and everything being in one place.

Great app

I love this app for being able to track symptoms. I do, however, think it is targeted more towards those who have been newly diagnosed than someone like me with Stage4. I don’t use the questions section & I haven’t read my treatment reports.
The treatment section also asks for a stop date & if you are still taking pain meds (for example) there is no stop date in sight so I have just set it at a year hence.
The track symptoms is great & although I haven’t needed to use it when speaking to my oncology team, I can see that it would be very useful if you haven’t seen them for 3 months & need to look back.
All in all a great resource for those newly diagnosed and needing support and advice to find their way through diagnosis and beyond.

Customizable 'Questions to Ask Doctor' list is nice, but the list disappeared the moment I entered the dr's office; all the questions were gone. Apparently it requires an internet connection (?) because it reappeared once I got home. That list is what made me feel in control, gave me peace of mind but when I needed it most it failed me. No warning.

There's a place to add photos from camera, but no access to phone's existing photo library.

The chart is too small to read.

Some of my notes disappeared or failed to save.

There is no special place for noting lymph drain measures.

There's no timer or calendar for tracking pain meds.

Hello Sourcherry7 Thank you very much for leaving feedback for us. We are very sorry to hear that you did none have a good experience using the app. It is right that you need an internet connection to use certain functions. We will make sure that this is indicated in the app. We are continuing to improve and expand the app and will include your comments in our next updates. Thanks again and please send us an email at info@owise.uk so that we can check how we can improve on your experience. Kind regards the OWise team
