Great app
You will be able to adjust room temp and lock/unlock door using this app along many other things (reading announcements and even paying rent). although it needs to be more user friendly and easier to use (adjusting room temp is difficult), I still like it as it offers a lot..
Useless App — Too Many Bugs
The wifi thermostat setting is so difficult to use that it renders the entire app useless. The app will say a different temperature than one on the thermostat. Plus, the app keeps switching back and forth between Heat and Cool and Off settings. Moreover, try adjusting the temperature and the same circular motion (clockwise or counter clockwise) will both increase and decrease temperature. When using the app for locking/unlocking the door same issue — the status always shows Red (locked) even if the door is unlocked. What a useless app. Steer clear of this developer if you are planning on using them for your apartment complex.
