This is a really great app. Definitely saves time for notetaking meetings, interviews investigation, etc. however, I would like to capture a more of the minutia in the summaries.

Great Tool & Customer Service

I started using this app several months ago because I am the minute taker for several committees. This has been a game changer and allows me to listen more instead of concentrating on writing. Although I do write my own minutes, they’re usually based off the summary that is produced and I double check questions against the written transcript in case something seems off. I have gotten so many compliments on my thorough notes since using this app!

Tonight I had a meeting but when I got my summary and transcript, large pieces were missing and I was in a panic. I reached out and provided feedback and the customer service team were able to re-process my recording and get every bit of the notes. A recent update to the app defaulted one of the settings that caused this and they also told me how to turn that off. Amazing product and amazing customer service.

Where is audio export in the updated version?

“In previous versions of Owll I could export the audio recording from a completed meeting and save it to Google Drive. In version 3.19.0, the Share & Export screen no longer has an audio export option. Export files to Email also does not provide the audio file. Was this feature intentionally removed, or is this a bug in 3.19.0?”

Constantly loses recoding

This app has helped me with some work, but the amount of work it has caused me is devastating. I have relied on it to record sessions for dog training consultations, and it has completely randomly stopped and erased the recording. This has resulted in an immense loss of information that I was not writing down because I believed it was being successfully recorded. Attempts to resolve it have gone unsuccessful. If you use this, be prepared to lose your data.

Awful customer service and feels like a scam

I downloaded this app to help me with an assignment around 5 months ago and I cancelled my subscription a week after I subscribed. Come 5 months later and I still am subscribed after I cancelled the free trial, the app has no real way to cancel the subscription in a easy manner and the customer service is not helpful what so ever. This made me feel like I have been scammed and will never use this app again I don’t recommend anyone use it
