Constantly INCONSISTENT

Whoever made this app is one of the worlds biggest dildos. Constantly getting stuck at gates and not being able to get in when forgetting my key fob on other keys. Then to add insult to injury you have to pay $0.99 to even get the app, WHY. WE ALREADY PAY 2k+ for the lofts… money hungry and actual literally gate keeping dildos. @ whoever made this app

Extremely unreliable

Can’t rely on app to open doors and gates. App has left me stranded, unable to unlock doors multiple times in a week. Will either show loading circle forever or only show a blank page. Also unable to update personal information in app.

I attempted to use this on the beltline gate as well as the main Ralph McGill gate with the call box of the 2000 building with no luck.
