Ownit Fixit is a troubleshooting tool for Ownit's customers to analyze and test your home network. You can also get help with, for example, real-time Live Video connection, where you can be Ownit's eyes using the camera on your mobile device!
This app is meant to be used for troubleshooting if something goes wrong. The app is useful both during contact with Ownit's customer service and for troubleshooting on your own.
The app gives you a list of the problems found, along with suggested solutions. You can also call Ownit and share your code for further assistance in interpreting your results. It also helps the technician handling your case to identify the problem more quickly and find a solution.
