Please enable multi account login
Why can’t it accept multiple accounts login. So you can switch between accounts instead of login out and login back again.
Is this a joke?
I am tied in with this through my domain host but going to move as I need proper email on my iPhone. This app is a joke. It keeps giving me repeat alerts for the same single email that comes in. The user interface and workflow is poorly thought out and it is generally a hassle to use. Will stick with the web interface for now I guess.

App has multiple problems
Multiple notifications for a single event. Doesn’t update categories properly.
Could be better
It works, but as noted by others, I get double notifications of the same email. You also have to wait for messages to disappear or else double tap to get to the next email. Lastly, give me a way to customize the new mail notification sound. Same issue with idiotic FB, multiple users in the same house so everyone says, “was that you or me?” Not the end of the world, I’ll never go back to a gmail.

This app is junk! I get several annoying notifications every time I get an email. It crashes while composing emails and doesn’t save a draft. It seems no one is working to fix actual issues. We are deleting the app and looking elsewhere for a client for our email needs! 👎👎👎

Great app, but please fix the notifications
I’m enjoying the webmail app and finally got my own private email, but getting multiple notifications per email is unbearable. It’s making me not want to switch over to using my new email address. It’s at least 7 push notifications per email, so sometimes my watch doesn’t let up. I disabled notifications at one point, but then I worried about missing an important email, so I turned them back on. I hope this gets fixed soon.

Notifications is an issue
Whenever an email arrives I get multiple notifications. It is very annoying. I do not recommend this app because of how annoying it can be. They are supposedly working on the issue, but I have had this app for a while and it is still not fixed. I would give more stars if they could fix the app.

It gives you 5 notifications for the same email, then later it will send you more even after you read it
Multiple notifications on one email
I get multiple notifications of the same email when I get an email. It just keeps coming in like it’s new. Please get this fixed.
Five notifications per email?
I mean, at least I’m getting notifications… but five of them for one email is kind of ridiculous. At least it is better than configuring Ox for the Apple Mail app. Out of like 60 test emails only 2 actually triggered a notification which is unreliable to say the least.

No ability to use encryption?
Web ui I encrypt all inbox contents too bad mobile will not allow reading of communications. Still rely on 3rd party app.
Doesn’t work
Just downloaded the app and tries to log in - getting unknown error message only
Push notifications are 4x more
I don’t want to remove the email notifications but it’s getting annoying when I see the same email pushed 4x even when I’m opening the email. Other than that it seems fine. The storage isn’t really big so make sure you delete emails if you’re really expecting high volumes.
Duplicate notifications
So far the app appears it will serve my needs. The only initial bug(?) I’m seeing is that for each email received, I get 5 notifications in a row. Have tried searching the forums and knowledge base, but found nothing. The support structure is not user friendly.
Just a thing is discouraging
The app is okay with me for now , but one thing is discouraging... If i setup a 2FA security on the web (privateemail.com) ...the app wouldn't login untill i deactivate the 2fa on web before logging
I think this should ask for the auth code when logging on app but no ...It pop an error page instead.
I hope the developer work on this
