Possibly the worst crypto wallet
When I log in it does nothing. I cannot do anything on this app. Pointless.
No money.
I have the app on my phone, and I have an account ready, but.. I haven’t received any free Oxen, which must be pretty value-less right now, and I have no way to purchase any Oxen.
I’m obviously not gonna tie any real-world bank cards to the app, and I no longer have PayPal. I’m also not in my home country (UK) right now, and I’m not planning to return anytime soon. This country has very little in the way of gift cards, etc, so I’m pretty much buggered.
So… good app, but I’m thinking that it’s sadly useless to a vast amount of the world’s population.

Every button seems to hang
Pressing “receive” to see my address or going to “show keys” causes the app to hang. Switched to the macos gui app
Works great
Not sure about all the hate but it works great, doesn’t look the snazziest but it’s fully functional and synced great in comparison with other chains.
Offsetting an unfair review.
Imagine giving a 1 star review for Amazon because the app doesn't explain how to get a Visa card. Anyway, cheers to the Oxen Project! You have done great work. I love Monero, but my two favorite coins are forks: Wownero and Oxen. Wownero has my favorite memes, and Oxen has VERY practical utility beyond transferring funds. I use Oxen's Session messenger several times a day to transfer text or images between my phone and my computer. There's a ton of utility in a messenger that doesn't need a phone number. I haven't tried the Loki onion router yet, but I appreciate what they are offering with that product. I've used the Oxen wallet to store and transfer the currency. I've confirmed in person with a friend that Blink transfers show up in a few seconds. The funds were not instantly spendable, but I think someone from the Oxen team in their open group told me that they are working on making Blink transfers spendable instantly in future updates (I may have misunderstood). So don't be afraid to check out this team's products. Also, don't download a crypto wallet thinking it is going to function as an exchange. SOME of them can do that, but it is NOT a standard function of a crypto wallet. With that being said, I don't think it would hurt to add a "Buy Oxen" tab in the app to point the newbies to your supported exchanges/ERC-20 wrapped Oxen. Folks, Kucoin is the currently most popular and stable exchange to buy Oxen. Just make sure you transfer your Oxen to this wallet so you can keep your funds safu. Write a review and add to the growth of this community. Disclaimer: I am currently not holding any crypto because I have scared money in this bear trend. This review has nothing to do with my personal gain, but I do believe Oxen will do very well long term. Chainflip is a privacy DEX they are co-building which is set to launch around the end of this year, which should be huge.
