Amazing dictionary
I had to get a new Apple device and a new iCloud so I lost my old Oxford English deluxe dictionary access. So I repurchased it it’s worth every cent even underpriced in my mind for how much depth and richness it contains of the historical English. If you can purchase this it will greatly enhance your historical English even in this current modern day, modern day English with other dictionaries are not worth it we want to preserve the integrity of English and its history plus you have an advantage you can hear the word pronounced on the app choose this specific Oxford dictionary it functions well for years and will help you understand your daily speech and others. You will be able to understand others speech and what they mean even correct them for many use words they don’t know it’s true meaning and sense it’s used in. I own many dictionaries but this is my favorite English dictionary I am very thankful for it and it’s producers. Their is way more to this app than I’ve mentioned take me at my word purchase this as your English dictionary! I wish you all well!

There are words missing.
Function able app!
I bought this app in the beginning of 2022 it was having bad problems when I first got it but ever since then no problems at all whatsoever whatever they did they fixed the app crashing problem. The new update is really cool they added the AI to the selection of choices. I use this dictionary daily it is very useful it gives the root word meaning of where the word came from in its original language. I highly recommend this app your getting more than your moneys worth.

Dysfunctional app

Oxford Deluxe
This was the best purchase! I reference the dictionary and thesaurus on a regular basis for almost everything. I love having the ability to better utilize language.
Dysfunctional app
I am a huge fan off this app but sadly I can no longer use it it kicks me out of the app to purchase another dictionary I do not understand why I can’t use the app I own and purchased if someone could help me please this is a very good dictionary.

Upgrade to the latest version. (14.0) Go to AppStore > [your account] > "Update all" and it will download if you are on WiFi.
Total failure messages fixed
Twice in recent weeks the app became completely unusable displaying a ‘total failure’ message upon opening it. Fortunately the developers fixed that bug both times within ten days.

App suddenly not working after 3 months
Bought and paid for this app back in Nov 2022 and Feb 2023 it suddenly showed “ total failure” asking me to download updated version . When I tried to do the downloading, it asked me to pay again for the app as if I am an new user!
I will not pay for it again as history will repeat itself. I tried to contact the app developer but failed! Such a waste as it is indeed a good designed app but after sales service is SUCK when issue arises.
I will definitely avoid all app developed by this developer !

Total failureとは何でしょう？

Apparently Incompatible on iPad Pro
Having been charged $38.00 to download the App it consistently fails to open on iPad Pro. No explanation has been forthcoming.

App displayed a ‘total failure’ message
App displayed a ‘total failure’ message and started sending notification after notification. The developers seem to have fixed this problem with the latest update. So far so good.

Thank you for Fixing the total failure issue. It’s working again. Special thank you to the developers for keeping up with the changes required to maintain the app. This is still the best dictionary in the App Store.

Jan 17, 2023 - The app has been giving me non-stop notifications when it’s not even open on my phone, telling that I need to download a new version. There have been at least 15 in the last few minutes. The app itself has a message that says ‘Total failure’. It is unusable as is, before download. I have screenshots. I am never buyinng from this app developer again, and I suggest anyone looking at buying this app look for other versions of the OED on the app store.

Continually crashes
I purchased this app as my previous Oxford dictionary was no longer supported. When I try to look up words, this app either gives a ‘Total failure’ message or flicks me over to the App Store to get a free app with in-app purchases- which I should have already paid for with this App. This is a very poor product from UniDict.

What’s going on?
Being using this app for quite a while, all of a sudden it says total failure when I open app and auto directs me to download a new version at the in app version. So I download that and it says I have no licence? Go to my purchased apps and I can’t put in a problem cause it also says it’s never purchased. Ridiculous. Not paying another $38 dollars for the same app. Please fix I’m getting annoyed. Great dictionary even though it’s the same thing that’s built into the iPhone. But man why is there two versions confusing matters and why can’t I re-download what I purchased or update that version rather than it sending me to the other version?
