I an unable to enter my password or email address, I have this on my computer but doesn’t recognise anything, thought putting this on my iPad would be easier to use with my granddaughter , disappointed
Does not allow me to make an account.
I downloaded this app for my daughter before and I had some difficulties with downloading due to a problem with the app.Also When I just downloaded it today it would not allow me to login as it was saying that my ID was not long enough.However when I went on your website it was working perfectly

Downloaded the app and the same as others, asks for ID and email but no options of getting an account.
