Brought the monitor and it doesn’t connect with IPhone. It sits there scanning looking for the device. Handy monitor but no good if needing to keep a record

Crap do not buy
Won’t even Bluetooth to the app so keeping track of your oxygen levels is impossible. Probably made in China absolute crap will send back for a refund. Plus bought off Amazon which is never a guarantee of getting a descent reliable product.

Software last updated 2 years ago. Product works fine but this App does not connect to it, which is a real shame.
Waste of money
The device appears to work when on the finger, the problem is the app. I have tried to sync the device with the app but it does not work. I have deleted the app and downloaded it several times without success. The device has been available since 2015 so problems should have been addressed. There is a lack of information with the instructions and no contact details for the manufacturer. Don’t waste your time or money.

Installed App on opening it invites Log in but unfortunately they have omitted any way for new users to create an account, so the App is completely unusable.

Not hooking up to my Bluetooth
Disappointed that it will not connect to the blue tooth to record the app info that’s why I went for this one I can not get hold of any info how to fix this

Just doesn’t connect. Blue tooth finds the oximeter but the app can’t find the device. Tried via various iphones and ipad.

Tried to register through the app repeatedly but all I got was an error message. App not worth even 1 star. The device works well but the app is a total waste of time and I have deleted it on my iPhone 11.
