why do we not have an option to use lockers? This app update is terrible literally half the buttons don't work

This app doesn’t even come close to actually working. Every single feature is plagued with issues that prevent actually accessing the app.

Can’t complete registration as it won’t take any credit card. So I guess I won’t be doing dry cleaning with them. So frustrating.

Won’t let you log on. It keeps saying wrong information. But it’s not! Don’t bother downloading this useless app.

Can’t enter address without credit card but you require to pay when I drop off. Why does the app need a CC?
Errors Entering Credit Card
I’ve tried entering 4 different credit cards I get the same “profile or workstation is not correctly configured…” message. They need to have whatever developer(s) fix the issues

Slow app, nothing works.. Frustrating registration process, waste of my time.
Can get past registration
Says credit card encryption error and can’t proceed. Guess they don’t need any more customers 🤦🏻♀️
Don’t rely on it to get your dry cleaning
Horrible app. Constantly logs you out after an update. This it want you to login in with your cell to send you an SMS with a code, which would be great if it actually sent you the darn code! So here I am on a weekend, without my dry cleaning.

What a complete waste of an app, the app should mirror the business. They little effort put into this is insulting.

“Getting started is easy!” No, apparently it isn’t. I can’t even get the list of locations to load without getting an error message. Can’t get past step 1 = completely useless app.
App worked great & makes it easy!
Downloaded the app using the QR code that I was provided at the Doral store. It was easy to use and I was able to update my profile and keep track of my orders. Thank you!!

Every time I trying registering. Can’t get past adding my credit card. It keeps saying error terminal issues.
Utterly frustrating & useless app
If I could give lower than zero rating I would. Been a customer for years. Unable to log on, says my phone number doesn’t exist. Tried registering as a new customer, wont let me do that with a phone number. Tried registering using my Facebook, that crashes the app. I’ve attempted to solve this for a week. Don’t ask customers to download your new app if it doesn’t work. I deleted the app.

Customer for ten years. Will not let me register, says credit card encryption error. Pretty much useless if I can’t register.
