Good local news, but older full newscasts should be restored
OzarksFirst has been around for a long time, going back to around 2007, and even earlier when it was connected to stations like FOX 27, KOLR 10, KSFX, Ozarks Local, and other local newscasts. These stations covered many important moments in local history, weather events, and breaking news for the Ozarks.
The app today is useful for current news and weather, but I really wish it included older full newscasts and history archives. Many of those past broadcasts still exist, and it would be great to be able to watch or read them again inside the app.
It would help a lot to have a History Archive section where users can pick any year, month, day, and time, and watch full newscasts, not just short clips. This would be very helpful for learning, research, schools, weather history, and people who want to remember how things were covered years ago.

Not worth it
I recently spent ten minutes trying to get to a news story that was of interest. I simply couldn’t get through the ads to get to the story and finally give up and deleted this app!
Unable to use due to ads
I really enjoy living in springfield with a big weather event and not being able to access the news/weather due to the pop up ad as soon as you enter the app freezing and not allowing me to do anything in the app. It is like the ap loads behind this invisible ad trying to show me the news but alas I cannot go further.

Extremely small font
Can’t read any of the words under the pictures. You have to actually click on it. I don’t have time to look at every article.

This app was bad before but now it’s worse than ever. Crashes every time I try to open the app. Thats fine, KY3 is better anyways.

As of this morning I cannot read anything on your app. Everything is extra large and has one word per line. Don’t like and cannot read the news
Ridiculous Ads
You can’t scroll through any article without it opening whatever ad is being shown 30 times. I usually get so frustrated I stop reading what could be a great news piece before I finish. It doesn’t matter how carefully you scroll it seems to open every few seconds/swipes so until that’s fixed I’ll just read others news stories. They are great at news but not when you have to close out of ads 30 times to try and read them. Please fix this S it’s extremely frustrating. I get you need people to sponsor/cover your news and page but don’t make it a trap where we have no choice.

App Terrible To Use!
Every time I receive a notification I CRINGE. Why you ask? Because your responding splash page hits me in the face with an ad that is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to swipe up and dismiss. I know you need click-based revenue but please It is a most annoying pain in the…
Hit and miss
This pertains to the live aspect of the app. On many occasions when trying to watch the morning show, the app will flash the broadcast off and on in my screen. When that stops, the video is fine however there is no sound. This usually happens for a good 3-5 minutes of opening the app before it finally resumes a normal stream. On other occasions, I can watch the CBS Morning news instead my local channel, which I don't understand. This app is good when it works however within the last year, it has been declining with how reliable it is.

I switched from ky3 app because I wanted the news without bias, however, this app is difficult to use. The stories are all over the place and the adds will play without touching them or the news will play when all your trying to do is read it. Further, it’s a very difficult app just to navigate through and find anything.

Please boost your signal. Your station and Dish network can’t agree on contact issues so I can’t watch the chiefs play on channel 10. Weak signal on antenna here in Shell Knob.
