Optimistic

Like the app. Easy to use and like being able to keep track of injections with my diabetes and RA. Very Optimistic this will help me to reach my goals. Will keep reviewing app as I go.

Question

I really like this app. It was easy to set up and connect to the Health app and to my Starfit scale. One QUESTION, I’d like to record shot and weight loss data that I have from before I started using the app. How can I do that?

I’m really glad you’re enjoying the app. To add your past shot and weight data, just tap the “Add Shot” or “Add Weight” button in the bottom corners, click date to pick the date you want, and enter your numbers. I’m also really curious about what you’re looking to do with your data. Our intention is to create a thoughtful and user-friendly experience by prompting reviews at appropriate times, ensuring they don’t disrupt your use of the app. If you have any suggestions or encounter issues, please feel free to share them with us at help@pode.llc. Your input helps us improve! That being said, I will explain why I ask for a review in the beginning. I also ask for reviews later but generally these are users who have had the app for a while and already like the app so they only have praises and they are singing to the choir. This positive feedback is appreciated, but it is harder to find the problems with the app that need solving when it’s all praise. Some people will stop using the app in the beginning because they are unsatisfied and it is most important I hear from these people. These are the issues that demand my attention the most. I’d also like to clarify that the review process uses plug-and-play code from the App Store, and it’s not possible for it to be pre-filled with a rating. Thank you for trying the app—I hope you’ll enjoy it as you explore its features!
